Rixdorf ist nur eine Straßenecke entfernt, auf dem Böhmischen Platz gibt's ne tolle Tischtennisplatte und der Landwehrkanal lädt zum joggen, spazieren und Fahrradfahren ein!

Nosotros - estos son Andre, Atti y Mara - nos deseamos una bonita casa con una acogedora. Todos estamos orientados a la armonía, amamos un ambiente relajado, risas y mucho y estamos políticamente comprometidos en diferentes áreas izquierdas. Andre y Mara están en una relación y han estado viviendo en un 4 WG en el apartamento durante medio año. Atti entra en junio, lo que significa que nos encontramos en la nueva constelación del GT y queremos convertirlos en cuatro.

En la cocina a todos nos gusta cocinar y a menudo, el refrigerador es vegetariano / vegetariano lleno. La comida en la nevera siempre está ahí para todos - pero si alguien alguna vez recibió su aperitivo favorito, es por supuesto también cuidado de;)
Para tener siempre un hogar agradablemente limpio en la cuarta constelación, tenemos un plan de limpieza con responsabilidad rotatoria semanal. Así que hay variedad y nunca demasiado para una sola persona.

En el gran salón nos gusta pasar el rato con amigos e invitarte a cocinar juntos. Si se necesita privacidad o una noche tranquila, nos comunicamos y respetamos esto. Queremos una vida activa del GT en la que prestamos atención.

Mara (ellos / ella) se ha suscrito para un triatlón este año y por lo tanto es mucho en la bicicleta y en el baño príncipe. Los fines de semana suelen estar llenos de jardineros en el Schrebergarten, demos y tiempo con los nies/pata niños. Trabaja como trabajadora social en el sector antiadministrativo.

Andre (er/ihn) acaba de adquirir una nueva moto de carreras y está feliz de estar en marcha. El tiempo con amigos en el sol es muy importante para él. Ya que hay el Schrebergarten, ha servido mucho como un lugar para equilibrar y para una reunión espontánea con muchos amigos. Andre está activo en el desarrollo del software.

Atti (dey/no pronouns) es la tercera persona en nuestra ronda, prefiere montar en bicicleta como tren, trabaja en el trabajo juvenil queer y en la educación sexual (Atti también es muy dedicado en el campo). De lo contrario hay deportes, pero también muchas visitas de teatro en alto rango, así como saltar y nadar en los lagos fríos.

Wir - das sind Andre, Atti und Mara - wünschen uns ein schönes Zuhause mit einem gemütlichen Miteinander. Wir sind alle sehr Harmonie orientiert, lieben eine lockere Stimmung, lachen gerne und viel und sind politisch in unterschiedlichen linken Bereichen engagiert. Sarkasmus, sowie gutes Essen sind für uns ein bisschen Sprache der Liebe :P
Andre und Mara sind in einer Beziehung und wohnen seit einem halben Jahr in einer 4er WG in der Wohnung. Atti zieht im Juni ein, was bedeutet, wir finden uns in der neuen WG Konstellation und haben Lust, diese zu viert zu gestalten.

In der Küche kochen wir alle gerne und häufig, der Kühlschrank ist vegetarisch/vegan gefüllt. Speisen im Kühlschrank sind jeweils für alle da - wenn jemand allerdings mal seinen Lieblingssnack besorgt hat, wird darauf natürlich auch geachtet ;)
Um in der 4er Konstellation immer ein angenehm sauberes zuhause zu haben, führen wir einen Putzplan mit wöchentlich rotierender Verantwortung. So gibt es Abwechslung und nie zu viel für nur eine Person.

Im großen Wohnzimmer hängen wir gerne mit Friends ab und laden zu gemeinsamen Kochabenden ein. Wenn Privatsphäre oder ein ruhiger Abend benötigt wird, kommunizieren und respektieren wir das. Wir haben Lust auf ein aktives WG Leben, in dem wir aufeinander achten.

Mara (sie/ihr) hat sich dieses Jahr wieder für einen Triathlon angemeldet und ist daher viel auf dem Rad und im Prinzenbad zu finden. Wochenenden sind häufig gefüllt mit gärtnern im Schrebergarten, Demos und Zeit mit den Nichten/Patenkindern. Sie arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin im Anti-Gewalt-Bereich.

Andre (er/ihn) hat gerade ein neues Rennrad erworben und ist gerne darauf unterwegs. Zeit mit Freund*Innen in der Sonne ist ihm sehr wichtig. Seitdem es den Schrebergarten gibt, dient dieser viel als Ort zum Ausgleichen und zum spontanen Treffen mit vielen Freund*Innen. Andre ist im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung tätig.

Atti (dey/ keine Pronomen) ist die dritte Person in unserer Runde, fährt lieber Rad als Bahn, arbeitet in der queeren Jugendarbeit und in der Sexualpädagogik (Atti ist auch sonst sehr engagiert in dem Bereich). Sonst stehen Sport, kochen aber auch viele Theater Besuche hoch im Ranking, sowie in kalte Seen springen und schwimmen.

Aunque la habitación es bastante pequeña, todavía creemos en su potencial - con una cama litera, un armario y pequeño escritorio encajaría bien y también estamos felices de ayudar con el tintura y el trabajo. La ventana ofrece una vista de un hermoso árbol y la habitación es particularmente brillante en las mañanas.

Mara (ella/ella) se inscribió para un triatlón de nuevo este año y a menudo se puede encontrar en bicicleta o en la piscina Prinzenbad. *To all minimalists/commuters/tiny house fans, we have a cute room just for you!*

Although the room is quite small, we still believe in its potential - with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and small desk would fit in well and we are also happy to help with tinkering and working. The window offers a view of a beautiful tree and the room is particularly bright in the mornings.
There is also space to spread out in the apartment: A spacious hallway, a living room and the kitchen.

The apartment is located in beautiful Neukölln, within the Ring, a 5-minute walk from S Sonnenallee. There are several shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, snack bars, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Beer in the B-location?
Rixdorf is just a street corner away, there's a great table tennis table on Böhmischer Platz and the Landwehrkanal is great for jogging, walking and cycling!
Andre and Mara and their friends have an allotment garden 5 minutes away by bike. Maybe you'd like to go watering in the summer?

We - that's Andre, Atti and Mara - would like a nice home with a cozy atmosphere. We are all very harmony-oriented, love a relaxed atmosphere, like to laugh a lot and are politically active in various left-wing areas. Sarcasm and good food are a bit of a love language for us :P
Andre and Mara are in a relationship and have been living in the 4 person apartment for six months. Atti is moving in in June, which means we're finding our way in the new flat-share constellation and are keen to create it as a group of four.

We all like to cook in the kitchen frequently, and the fridge is stocked with vegetarian/mostly vegan food. There's always food in the fridge for everyone - but if someone has brought their favorite snack, we'll make sure of course ;)
In order to always have a pleasantly clean home in the 4-person constellation, we have a cleaning plan with weekly rotating responsibilities. That way there's variety and never too much for just one person.

We like to hang out with friends in the large living room and invite people to cook together. If privacy or a quiet evening is needed, we communicate and respect that. We enjoy an active shared flat life where we look out for each other <3

Mara (she/her) signed up for a triathlon again this year and can often be found cycling or at the Prinzenbad pool. Her weekends are often filled with gardening in the allotment garden, attending demonstrations, and spending time with her nieces. She works as a social worker in the field of anti-violence.

Andre (he/him) recently got a new racing bike and enjoys being out and about on it. Spending time with friends in the sun is very important to him. Since the allotment garden came into their lives, it has become a place for balance and spontaneous get-togethers with many friends. Andre works in software development.

Atti (they/them) is the third person in our group, prefers biking over taking the train, and works in queer youth work and sex education (Atti is also very active in this field beyond work). Outside of that, sports, cooking, and frequent theater visits rank high in their daily activities, along with jumping into and swimming in cold lakes.
