Welcome to another room listing, and hopefully, your search for a nice-comfortable room ends here.
My name is Sahil, and I am a working professional living in Berlin for the last couple of years. I will be traveling for a few days and would be glad to offer my room to someone responsible. The room itself is 27 square meters and comes with an attached personal balcony. The room comes furnished with a work table, office chair, and an additional monitor screen for the ease of working from home. We also have stable high-speed internet and other basic utilities (washing machine, storage space, etc)
Our apartment is within 5 mins of walking distance of multiple
U-Bahn and tram stations. All major supermarkets, such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and Penny, can be found within walking distance. There is also a market street close to the apartment where all banks, utility stores, food chains, and much more can be found.
We have been living here for a year and a half. You will be sharing the flat with two other flatmates who are peaceful and respect privacy.
Unfortunately, since it is a short-term sublet, registration will not be possible. For any questions, please reach out!
