Nachdem unser neuer Mitbewohner leider kurzfristig ausziehen musste, haben wir nun wieder ein Zimmer frei.
1 frisch renoviertes voll möbliertes Zimmer und eine Wohnküche (18qm) für 620 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten, WLAN, Gas, Strom,Wasser und GEZ.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bewohnbar ( Auszugsdatum flexibel, aber keine sehr langen Aufenthalte möglich).

Zu Fuß 4-5 Minuten bis zum Bus 186 ;7 Minuten zur S1/ U9 Rathaus Steglitz, Schloßstraße (Berlins zweitgrößte Einkaufsstr. fußläufig erreichbar).

Matratze und Bettzeug, Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, 2 Regale, 2 Schränke, Garderobe XXL Spiegel, 3 Lampen, kleinerTeppich (noch nicht alles auf den Fotos sichtbar).
Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Wusch kostenlos vorhanden. Alle Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Waschmaschine etc. können mitbenutzt werden.
Wohnküche, Flur, Bad und Vorgarten sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Kochen erlaubt. Dein Gästezimmer ist abschließbar.
Raucher passen leider nicht zu unserer WG.
Achtung wir haben einen jungen Hund!

Bed linen and towels are available free of charge. All kitchen appliances, dishes, washing machine etc. can be shared.
Eat-in kitchen, hallway, bathroom and front garden are common areas. Cooking allowed. Your guest room is lockable.
Unfortunately, smokers do not fit into our flat share.

Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Gegend ist sauber, sicher im Vergleich zu anderen Stadtteilen in Berlin und hier leben viele Akademiker.

Wir suchen jemand ruhiges und ordentliches. Unbedingt Nichtraucher und er/sie/es darf keine Angst vor Hunden haben. Bei uns wohnt ein junger Mischling vom Tierschutz. Er ist freundlich und beißt nicht. Trotzdem hat er oft Angst vor Menschen.
We are looking for someone calm and tidy. Absolutely non-smokers and he/she/it must not be afraid of dogs.
