Ich bin der Enzo, aus Brasilien. Mein Zimmer will ich untermieten, während ich meine Familie in Brasilien über die Weinachtsferien&Silvester besuche!
Das Zimmer war komplett unmöbliert aber mir hat das Leben sehr lieberweise spektakuläre Möbel gebracht und derzeit sieht es sehr schön&gemütlich aus, voller Pflanzen und mit direktem Zugang zum Hintergarten (wo es jetzt viel Schnee liegt und man alltäglich Eichhörnchen&süße kleine Vögelchen sieht hahah). Das Zimmer steht außerdem gleich neben der Küche und dadurch dass keine hier außer ich wirklich kocht, hat man das Gefühl, dass man in einer einzigen Wohnung ist.
I am Enzo, from Brazil. I want to sublet my room while I visit my family in Brazil over the Christmas vacation & New Year!
The room was completely unfurnished but life has brought me a lot of spectacular furniture and currently it looks very nice&cozy, full of plants and with direct access to the back garden (where there is a lot of snow now and you see squirrels&cute little birds everyday hahah). The room is also right next to the kitchen and the fact that no one here really cooks except me makes it feel like you're in a one person apartment.
Das Haus befindet sich 3 Minuten entfernt von der Bushaltestelle und somit ca.8 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Zehlendorf. Buse fahren normal mit einem 10 minutigen Intervall den ganzen Tag lang.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und voller Bäumen, schönen Häusern und Menschen, die sich auf der Straße begrüßen (was es in Berlin selten zu finden ist).
Es gibt innerhalb 7 Minuten ein REWE (was ich nicht empfehlen würde, weil sie mich als Mitarbeiter nicht anstellen wollten!) und 12 Minuten ein ALDI&Lidl. Kaufland ist auch mit dem Bus sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Jeden Tag fahre ich ca. 1 Stunde zur Uni und finde eig. ein sehr netter Weg. Von hier ab braucht man auch 1 Stunde bis zum Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
The house is located 3 minutes away from the bus stop and thus about 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. Buses normally run at 10 minute intervals throughout the day.
The neighborhood ist quiet und full of trees, beautiful houses and people that´ll greet you on the street (something that´s rare to find in berlin).
There is a REWE within 7 minutes (which I wouldn't recommend because they wouldn't hire me as an employee!) and an ALDI&Lidl within 12 minutes. Kaufland can also be reached very quickly by bus.
Every day I drive about 1 hour to the university and find it a very nice path. It also takes 1 hour to get to Berlin Central Station from here.
Derzeit wohnen wir zu Viert und eine nette Dame sollte jetzt im Dezember noch dazu kommen. Dennis ist sehr lieb und genießt ihre Ruhe im Zimmer eher. Karlo ist mega ne coole Socke! voll lieb und interaktiv. Victoria hat eine sehr warme, offene Energie. Dennis&Victoria&ich gehen an der Uni und Karlo ist angestellt. Wir sind alle frisch eingezogen und versuchen deshalb noch das Beste aus dem Haus zu schaffen)
There are currently four of us living together and a new girl should join us in December. Dennis is very sweet and rather enjoys her peace and quiet in the room. Karlo is a very cool&relaxed dude, very sweet and interactive. Victoria has a really warm, opened energy. Dennis&Victoria&I go to the university and Karlo is employed. We have all just moved in and are therefore still trying to make the best out of the house)
