Here some general info about the sublet:
- I am leaving Berlin for some time and I didn't buy the return ticket yet, therefore the dates are flexible
- The sublet is for at least 5/6 months
- Anmeldung is not possible, sorry!
- Your flatmate will be Evelin (26yo), queer open minded musician from Bulgaria. She is chill, quite and funny, but also extrovert and respectful. The person living with her should be possibly on the same page.
- If you are interested please send me a short message about yourself, let me know when you can/would move in and if/when you are available for a videocall or a visit.

In the room (more or less 15mq) you'll find:
- cozy bed with memoryfoam topper (140x200)
- black courtains
- view to the inner courtyard
- big wardrobe & clothes rack
- sideboard
- small table to study or work
- some gym equipment
- mirror
In the kitchen & and the bathroom you'll find anything you need to live a cozy life :D
The flat is located in Kreuzberg, in front of the Viktoriapark and behind the Gleisdreieck, and in 10 minutes by bike to Tempelhoferfeld.
Just around the corner are Lidl and Aldi (literally 30 seconds walk), and 700m away is the Bergmannkiez, with all kinds of possibilities for your shopping or leisure time.
In the area there are many wonderful parks, streets, restaurants, cafes and bars, a Markthalle and a local Flohmarkt on Saturdays.

Your flatmate will be Evelyn, 26 years old from Bulgaria.
She speaks english, bulgarian and russian and is ppenminded. She prefers a veggie diet, but you are of course free to eat whatever you want.
Evelyn is a musician (not a loud one) and in the evenings works in a restaurant, therefore she'll be home mostly in the mornings.
This is not a party flat, but of course you can eat, drink and enjoy a nice evening together.
Respect for others, cleanliness and being open-minded are the only requirements for living in the flat - we believe we are all grown up and if there is mutual respect and open communication there won't be any “rule” needed. :)
Unfortunately the Anmeldung is not possible, since the sublet is for 6 months only.
The dates are mostly flexible, since I don't know exactly when I'll be back.
Everyone is welcome, BUT the person must be open-minded and respectful.
