I am subletting my large, beautiful room with balcony from the 7th of January until the 1st of March, while I‘m traveling.
It‘s 700€ a month so I will ask for 1.400€ all in.
It has a double bed, a desk, I‘ll make space for you in the wardrobe and you have your own private balcony.
Shared spaces are the kitchen with a big table and the bathroom with a bathtub. You‘re free to use the laundry machine and all the other devices/machines in the flat of course. You can even use my bike during that time if you want :)
Location wise it‘s ideal: in Kreuzkölln, 2 min walking from Weserstr. where all the bars and restaurants are. 2 mins walking from U Rathaus Neukölln, 7 mins walking from Maybachufer and 15 mins walking from Tempelhofer Feld.
You also have all the shops very close by, Lidl, Kaufland, pharmacy, post office, Rossmann, Bio Company etc. – all in walking distance.
It is a 3 person WG but during your stay there will only be one other person living there since the other one is gone too. You will share the flat with another person – she is working so you can also enjoy space alone in case you‘re doing home office. But if you want, you can cook something together or drink a beer outside as well.
