20 sqm room in shared flat of 4 people from 01.01. until 30.4.24 for limited sublet (befristete Untermiete).
Start of rent of rent can also be a bit before 1.1.24 if needed. End of rent can be between 15. or 30. April 2024.
The room is furnished (except bed frame, only mattress). It has a large modern closet with a sliding door, a large desk with swivel chair, various shelves and a TV (without cable connection, just hdmi for laptop).
Note: Bed frames can be found on eBay Kleinanzeigen for quite little money if needed. We could also help transporting it if you want to get one.
The room is located in a large attic apartment in a quiet side street near Wollankstraße and close to S-Bhf Wollankstr. (2 min walk). There are also buses to Pankow, Moabit and Wedding as well as U-Bhf Osloer Str.
There are plenty of shopping options like Netto, REWE, Spätis, a pharmacy, bakeries, Döner places, etc. nearby.
You would be part of a flat share/WG of 4 (currently 2 men and one woman from 25 to 34), all working, generally social and happy to have dinner together sometimes or a beer in the living room.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms (both with toilet and shower, one also with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a laundry room with washing machine, a small balcony (unfortunately currently under construction and not really usable) and a large living room with a large sofa and TV.
It is very important to us that everyone contributes to the daily things in the flatshare. This includes regular cleaning, taking out the garbage, leaving shared rooms and objects clean and tidy and buying shared goods (such as coffee, cleaning products, etc.) from time to time.
The facts and dates:
Rental start: 01.01.24 (or before if needed)
End of tenancy: 15./30.04.24 (earliest and latest possible move out dates).
Total rent per month: € 600 (half the rate possible if moving in or out in the middle of the month)
Deposit: 900,- €
The deposit is payable on day of moving in. If everything was fine in the end, this will be refunded shortly after moving out.
