Hey there,
I am subletting my room temporarily since I will be traveling for 1.5 Months.
The room will be available from 1.03-15.04.
The room is big and spacious (24 m2). The location and the access to public transport is pretty convenient. (3 Min. away from U-Pankstraße, 10-minute walk to S-Gesundbrunnen.) Rewe, Lidl, DM, Gesundbrunnen Shopping Center, all within 5-10 Minutes walking distance.
We are a mixed 5-WG. Some of us are Students, and some of us work full-time. However, 2 commute between 2 residencies, so we are 3 that live "full-time" in the WG. There is only one bathroom. We all have different schedules so we never really have overlaps of Bathroom time.
Smoking is in the Bedroom strictly forbidden. But you can smoke in the kitchen as long as you open the window.
We have a "Cleaning-Schedule" that rotates every week. Please keep the common spaces as tidy and as clean as possible.
Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and not too loud.
(Since I am traveling for 1,5 months, I am leaving the majority of my stuff in my room. I am going to try to leave as much space for you as possible. (That is why I am not charging the full-price rent.) )
I'm looking forward to meeting you, showing you the room, and answering any questions you deem possible.
