Hi! My roommate (lucky for him) found a one-room apartment in Berlin so he will be moving out. I am searching for a new roommate to take his room (longterm).
The apartment is located in Schöneberg, near S1, S41/S42 (Ringbahn - Insbruckerplatz), S46, U4, Bus 187, M85, M45 and M43. Close to Shops, Cafes, Kneipe (and to the FU Campus if that is relevant for you).
The room is unfurnished, medium-sized, quiet, and peaceful, and has a window to the backyard of the building, with a lot of Sun (when there is). The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a little balcony accessed through my room.
I am looking for a quiet, clean, and considerate roommate. I work in Academia and spend much time writing at home, so I need the apartment to be a safe focus zone, but of course, outside of my working hours, I'm quite social, chill, easygoing, and [friends would say] fun :) I don't mind anything almost as long as it is done respectfully. In my free time, I drink Maté (the real one, not the hipster one) and hang with friends (=an advantage to Maté fans for sure).
Cleanness is very important to me as well. Nothing crazy just keeping up with the basics.
Also: No drugs. No Islamophobia. No homophobia.
