I rent my room in a shared flat for short term from March 2 to March 17th.
The room is fully furnished and with a lot of plants. I would be very glad, if you could take care of them and give them from time to time some water while I´m not there;) Furthermore it has a desk, and a 1,80 x 2m bed at your disposal, which would be suitable also for couples. After it´s also full of my personal stuff. Please be respectful also with those things. After there is a shared kitchen at your disposal. There is everything you need to cook and a fridge where you can store your food. We have a normal bath room with a large large bathtub. The apartment is very well connected, S-Bahnhof Beusselstraße is 10 minutes walking, metro Turmstraße also, bus stop is 1 minute walking.
Can also be rented by a couple:)

It´s located in Moabit, a very central districtin Berlin not far from the central station. The river Spree is only 5 minutes walking away. The vibrant Moabit life is at our feet: there is all kinds of hustle and bustle on the doorstep, many snack bars, restaurants, falafel shops, Turkish supermarkets, REWE, Spätis etc. pp. You have a personal balcony for your use (you can smoke there, if you do so)
You life in a shared flat together with Paulo, 36 years old from Brazil and student, and Duygu , 29 years old student from Turkey. Please be kind and respectful with them. As it is an old building, you can hear quite a lot noise from the other rooms. No parties or music in the evening or at night, please.
