Lovely 13sqm room with balcony available for the entire month of July (dates flexibles). Kissed by the afternoon sun, the room is fully furnished with high stucco ceiling and a small balcony looking into our beautiful street Husemannstrasse.
On top of that, the large kitchen balcony facing the courtyard receives amazing sunlight in the morning until early afternoon.
The most beautiful area in all Berlin, Kollwitzkiez has the perfect blend of features: charming architecture, proximity to green areas, central location close to Ring-Bahn, U-Bahn (U2 Eberswalderstrasse) and Mitte (bar, restaurants), and chilled/hip/stylish people. It is more of a young families environment, the type that has dogs, goes to bio markets and drives Tesla :) It is super cozy, and we love it!
While I (Virginia, 27, healthcare consultant) will be home in Italy for vacation, you will be sharing the apartment with Sua Kim, a sweet 30yo banking trainee from South Corea. She is mostly at the office during the day and travels home to her husband at weekends.
This apartment has been my home for the past 6 years - I placed a lot of love into making it beautiful and keeping it tidy and we value mutual respect and openness in sharing our day-to-day. We would like it for you to do the same.:-)
PS: Virginia keeps some of her clothes in the living room (her old bedroom) due to lack of space for her extensive wardrobe :D - if you are also the extensive wardrobe type, you are welcome to use that space as well to store your clothing as long as it stays aesthetically pleasant. :)
