Hey zusammen,
mein geschätzter Mitbewohner ist ausgezogen, um mit seiner Frau zusammenzuziehen, sodass das Zimmer in der Wohnung frei wird. Die Fotos sind teilweise mit seiner Möbilierung.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und aktuell unmöbiliert. Es kann jedoch auch (teil-)möbiliert gemietet werden. Sagt Bescheid, wenn das gebraucht wird.
Die Wohnung hat recht großen Wohn-/Essbereich und einen Balkon nach Süden raus. Die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus und sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind total nett und es gibt einen großen Garten, der genutzt werden kann.
Melde dich gerne bei Fragen. Lass und einfach einen Videocall machen und ich zeige dir Wohnung und wir lernen uns kurz kennen. Wenn das passt, können wir eine Besichtigung vor Ort machen.

Hey everyone,
my esteemed roommate has moved out to live with his wife, leaving the room in the apartment available. The photos partly show his furnishings.
The room is approximately 12 square meters and currently unfurnished. However, it can also be rented (partially) furnished if needed. Let me know if that's the case.
The apartment has a fairly large living/dining area and a balcony facing south. The bedrooms face the back and are very quiet. The neighbors in the building are really nice, and there's a large garden that can be used.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Let's just schedule a video call, and I'll show you the apartment and we can briefly get to know each other. If everything seems good, we can arrange an on-site viewing.

Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab und man ist in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß am S-Bahnhof Adlershof. Fußläufig gibt es ca. 5 Supermärkte, DM und mehrere Restaurants und Bars.
Insgesamt ist es eine entspannte Nachbarschaft und man ist dennoch schnell überall, sowohl in anderen Teilen Berlins als auch an Seen, der Spree oder dem Wald.

The bus stops right outside the door, and you can reach Adlershof S-Bahn station in about 5 minutes on foot. Within walking distance, there are about 5 supermarkets, a drugstore (DM), and several restaurants and bars.
Overall, it's a relaxed neighborhood, yet you can quickly get anywhere, both in other parts of Berlin and to lakes, the Spree river, or the forest.
Ich fände ich es wieder nett mit jemanden zusammen zu wohnen und mal gemütlich zu kochen oder zu quatschen. Ich habe ein kleines 3D Animationsstudio und arbeite nicht wenig, dennoch soll es keine reine Zweck-WG sein und ich möchte mich mit dem/der neuen/r Mitbewohner/in gut verstehen.

I'd find it nice to live with someone again and maybe cook or chat together. I have a small 3D animation studio and work quite a bit, but I don't want it to be just a functional flat-share, and I want to get along well with the new roommate.
Ich habe einen 5 Jahre alten Sohn, der einmal die Woche bei mir ist (1-2 Nächte pro Woche). Daher solltest du einem kleinen, lebhaften Teilmitbewohner offen gegenüber sein :)
Ich würde mich über ein längerfristiges Zusammenwohnen freuen. Man weiß nie was das Leben bringt, aber nur für den Übergang für ein paar Monate möchte ich nicht vermieten.

I have a 5-year-old son who stays with me once a week (1-2 nights per week). So, you should be open to having a small, lively co-resident :)
I would be happy to live together for the long term. You never know what life brings, but I don't want to rent just for a few months as a stopgap measure.
