Das Zimmer ist 30qm groß und an der Ecke, hat von 3 Seiten Fenster und ist sehr hell. Zugang zu beiden Dachterrassen der Wohnung, und hat eine hohe Decke.
I am offering my shared flat room for temporary sublet. The room is 30 square meters in size, located on the corner, has windows on three sides, and is very bright. It has access to both rooftop terraces of the apartment and has a high ceiling.
Gelegen in Oberschöneweide in der Wilhelminenhofstraße, in der Nähe der HTW. Pulsierender lebendiger Kiez, man hört die Straßenbahn unten vorbeirumpeln.
Tram fährt vor der Tür, S-Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß weg.
Located in Oberschöneweide on Wilhelminenhofstraße, near the HTW. Vibrant and lively neighborhood, you can hear the tram rumbling by below. Tram stops right outside the door, S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away.
Hier leben Zazie, 30 Jahre, arbeitet bei einem Förderungsfonds, ihre Tochter Elfie, 5 Jahre, und Santiago, auch 30 Jahre, arbeitet als Geologe.
Das WG-Leben ist quirlig, gerade durch die Kleine, aber es geht hier recht ruhig zu, viel gefeiert wird bei uns nicht.
Wir essen gerne mal zusammen oder so.
Zazie, 30 years old, works at a funding foundation, her daughter Elfie, 5 years old, and Santiago, also 30 years old, works as a geologist, live here. The shared apartment life is lively, especially because of the little one, but it's quite calm here, we don't party much. We like to eat together sometimes or so.
Ich untervermiete mein Zimmer für 2 Monate, solange ich Berlin verlasse. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert übergeben, Küche und Bad und so sind komplett ausgestattet. Das Ganze ist etwas kurzfristig, die nächsten Tage können gerne Kennenlerntermine gemacht werden.
