Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof und das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle Herd und Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Strom und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen.

Standort:
S-Bahn Station Jannowitzbrücke 500m, U-Bahn U2 Märkisches Museum 400m, U-Bahn U8 Heinrich-Heine-Straße 300m.
Sehr zentral und sehr gut angebunden.

Gemeinsames Wohnen
Ich arbeite hier in Berlin von Montag bis Freitag.
Ich arbeite etwa 3 Mal pro Woche im Büro und 2 Mal pro Woche von zu Hause.
Ich bin ein ruhiger Mensch, aber wir können auch ein paar nette Gespräche führen, wenn wir die Gelegenheit dazu haben.

Ich bin eine saubere und ordentliche Person. Für mich ist der Respekt voreinander das Wichtigste. Über die Hausordnung können wir uns gemeinsam einigen.

The room is around 11m2 and is furnished with: bed, desk, closet, chair. If you need others furniture we can add it later.
The window faces the inner courtyard, and it is very quiet.

Description:
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. Electricity and internet are included.

Location:

Very central and very well connected.

Shared living
I work here in Berlin with a regular work from Monday to Friday.
I work in the office about 3 times a week and work from home 2 times a week.
am quiet person but I like also to have some nice conversation if we have the opportunity.

I am clean and tidy person. For me the most important things is the respect of each other. About the rules of the apartment we can agree together.
