I not in Berlin for a month or so, I am renting my room in cozy Moabit.
For now I will sublet for a month or two, also possible in a weekly bases.
My things are in the room (clothing and other stuff) you can move and arrange things as you need, even tho I ask for respect for my belongings.
The room has all the furniture necessary: Bed with mattress (bed at floor level, see photo), desk, chair, and an adjustable shelf with space in it too.
Shelf in the shared apartment hallway is available too.
Bathroom:
A small bathroom in the hallway, and another large one with bathtub, shower, toilet and washing machine.
Kitchen:
Oven, stove, refrigerator, and all necessary tools to cook.
Very central apartment in Berlin-Moabit, but in a very quiet area.
It is close to a big park: Fritz-Schloß-Park and not far from Tiergarten.
Busy comercial area close by in Turmstrasse.

12 minutes walk from U9 "Birkenstraße"

Currently in the flat are:
- 1 man: Gbenga from Nigeria
- 1 woman: Vanessa from Germany
Both are between 26 and 28 years old and both work.
Living together is fun and the interaction is friendly and respectful.
It is also very independent and each one of us does their thing without presure.
House tasks are divided and it is done on the weekends. Your main tasks would be the kitchen floor and table.
