Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Bad (mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine), einem kombinierten Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich (voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine uvm.) sowie einem großen Balkon in südlicher Lage. Die komplette Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung, elektrischen Außenjalousien, 500mBit/s Internet-Flatrate und Kabel-TV-Anschluß ausgestattet.
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin 38 Jahre alt, gebürtiger Hamburger und lebe (mit ein paar Unterbrechungen) seit 10 Jahren in Berlin. Ich bin berufstätig, am Wochenende findet man mich gelegentlich mal auf Partys und in meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne ins Fitnessstudio oder mache Ausflüge ins Berliner Umland.

I am renting one room of my beautiful 3-room-apartment for 3 months, with the option to extend. The apartment is located in Stralauer Kiez, between the Spree and Ostkreuz train station.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath, shower and washing machine), a combined living, dining and kitchen area (fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, espresso machine etc.) and a large south-facing balcony. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, electric external blinds, 500mBit/s internet flatrate and cable TV connection.
About me: I am 38 years old, born in Hamburg and live (with a few breaks) for 10 years in Berlin. I am working, on the weekend you'll find me at parties occasionally and in my spare time I go to the gym or make trips to the Berlin countryside.

Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt im Haus, weitere Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Diverse Parks und die Spree sind nur eine Steinwurf weit entfernt. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend.

A supermarket is located directly in the house, more supermarkets are within walking distance in 5 minutes. Various parks and the Spree are just a stone's throw away. Very quiet residential area.
