In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen dich, wenn du ein Zimmer für langfristig suchst.
Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich eine Gemeinschaft. Dein Zimmer ist eher klein (13 m²), dafür haben wir aber ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen großen Südbalkon und 2 Badezimmer. Dazu gibt es auch ein kleines Gästezimmer/ Homeoffice.
Das Bett, der Schrank und das Regal können übernommen werden, aber muss man nicht :)
In der Miete ist alles incl.: Miete, Nebenkosten, GEZ, WLAN, Netflix
Wir planen eine Besichtigung und Kennenlernen am Freitag, den 20.08.21 abends. Wir alle 3 sind voll geimpft und möchten dich unbedingt live kennenlernen, sodass du die Wohnung auch angucken kannst.
Am Mittwoch geben wir dir Bescheid und möchten dich bitten, dann getestet zu uns kommen. Wir sind das dann auch.

There is a room available in our shared apartment and we are looking for you if you are looking for a room for long term.
The apartment is actually a community. Your room is rather small (13 m²), but we have a large living room, a large south-facing balcony and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is also a small guest room / home office.
The bed, wardrobe and Regal can be included :)
The rent includes everything: rent, utilities, GEZ, WLAN, Netflix.
We are planning a viewing and getting to know each other on Friday, August 20th, at 9 in the evening. All 3 of us are fully vaccinated and we really want to get to know you in real person,and also so that you can take a look at the apartment.

DEUTSCH
Wir 3 sind im Alltag ganz unterschiedlich unterwegs.
Neben unseren Aufgaben als Studierende in der UDK/ HU, am Home-Office-Desk und in einer Berufsfachschule
freuen wir uns natürlich, dass die Stadt wieder lebt. Zwischen Freizeit in Parks, Bars oder in Konzerten und Studieren/Arbeiten treffen wir uns gern - meist abends - auf unserem Balkon zum Quatschen und Essen.
Die oder der Mitbewohner:in, der oder die sich zu uns gesellen möchte, sollte also Lust auf eine WG haben, da wir keine Zweck-WG sind und so auch bleiben möchten. Was macht für dich das WG-Leben aus?
Man könnte sagen wir sind ziemlich bunt und vielfältig, hier ein paar Schlagworte zu uns:

The 3 of us are very different in our everyday lives.
Besides our tasks as students at the UDK/ HU, at the home office desk and in a vocational school
we are of course happy that the city is alive again. Between free time in parks, bars and live-concerts and studying/working we like to meet - mostly in the evening - on our balcony to chat and eat.
The or the roommate:in, who would like to join us, should therefore have a desire for a WG, because we are not a purpose WG and want to remain so. In that sense, we are curious on what makes the WG life for you?

Wir suchen eine Person, die langfristig bei uns wohnen will, d.h. du würdest als Hauptmieter:in mit in den Hauptmietvertrag aufgenommen werden (dazu brauchen wir die Kopie von deinem Perso oder Pass und eine aktuelle kostenlose Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft).
IMPORTANT:
We are looking for a person who wants to live with us on a long-term basis, i.e. you would be included in the main tenancy contract as a main tenant, along with the 3 of us (for this we need a copy of your ID or passport and a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) report).
