An der Triftstraße Wedding (mitte von Sprengelkiez, mit Ubahn, Sbahn, Supermarkt, Hip Kneipen, Coole restaurants, sogar kirche oder Club in der nähe) wird ab 7.07 (oder ähnliches nach vereinbarung) ein zimmer frei!
Das zimmer (4x4) ist möbliert und liegt in einer 2 zimmer wohnung mit bad (tageslicht + fenster), küche mit alles drin und dran, sonniges Balkon und gemeinsamen Garten/Autopark/Fahrradpark. Die Lage ist sehr cool und das zimmer kostet nur 410€ im monat, mit internet, wasser, ström, luft, und alles.
Ich kann das zimmer als ZWIESCHENMIETE oder HAUPTMIETE geben.
Für zwieschenmiete (bis mindestens ENDE FEBRUAR) brauche ich:
- Ausweis kopie
- 400 € Kaution
- Arbeitsvertrag
Falls du das zimmer liebst und du Hauptmieter werden willst, ich werde mich freuen, da ich in Australien bin und das zimmer im moment nicht mehr brauche
Was ich und der Vermieter brauchen:
- Ausweis Kopie
- 3 monaten Kaution
- Arbeitsvertrag und/oder Lohnabrechnung der letzten 3 monaten
- Bankauszug
- And...Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung

There is a free room on the Triftstrasse (in the centre of Wedding, close to Ubahn and Sbahn, supermarkets, baars, cafes and anything else, clubs, church) start from 7.07 (or similar).
The room is a bit small and cozy, but sunny, warm and with a really big window. The appartment has another room – where my flatmate lives, one full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and window, a common balcony and a garden/parking for sunbathing, park your car or your bike.
Wedding it’s a really nice area and the room is 410€ all inclusive.
You can take the room as TEMPORARY or MAIN TENANT
For temporary Tenancy (until end of February 2018), I need
- Copy of your ID
- 400 € deposit
- Job Contract (copy, of course)
If you like the room and my sweet flatmate, and you want to be MAIN TENANT, then I need some other things (in order to speak with the landlord and go through the legendary german burocracy)
- Copy of your ID
- 3 months deposit
- Job Contract and/or Lohnabrechnung of the last 3 months
- Banking statement
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung
