The WG is completely new and there are several rooms open. Whenever a tenant decides to move out we will give you the opportunity too to have a influence on the next person who will live in the WG as we value a good atmosphere in the apartment. Our preference goes out to 23-35 year olds who are working and want to enjoy the WG life in the evenings/weekends with each other.

Die WG wurde frisch gegründet und es ist derzeit noch einige Zimmer frei. Gerne bieten wir Euch bei Mieterwechsel die Möglichkeit uns bei der Vermietung zu helfen und damit selbst mit auszuwählen mit wem Du zusammen wohnst.
Bevorzugtes Alter der Bewohner ist 23 - 35 Jahre, die Anzeige richtet sich z.B. an Young Professionals aus der Startup Szene und berufstätige.

The minimum renting period is 12 months. Before moving in. 3 cold rents are needed for the deposit. Other documents as salary slips, Schufa (solicitar ahora) and a confirmation of your previous landlord are preferable.
