I am abroad for 2 weeks and I sublet my flat in Neukölln.
It is a one room flat :) You ll be alone in the flat:)
Perfect place for Christmas and New Year Eve in Berlin :)
To reach the flat, check www.bvg.de or drive your bike, the best option in Berlin ;)
The flat is perfect for a single person (or a couple).
There is everything you need to live : washing machine, Wifi, bathroom, coffee machine and everything you need to cook... :)
The flat is still in renovation, so not everything is perfect in the flat (see pictures). But still very comfy :)
I rent it all charges (Electricity, water, heathing, gaz, Internet, Wifi...) Inclusive : 300 + 50€ charges = 350€ for the 14 days. I am only looking for people able to rent for the whole period. Thanks :)

The rent (and deposit) have to be paid when get the keys and visit the flat and sign the sublet contract. We do also an official contract. You get the deposit back at the end of the period (when I am back).
To make it safe for both of us we do an official sublet contract + copy of our IDs + copy of our passports,...
I can show you any document you want.

Nice flat in center Berlin (Neukölln). 3rd floor. Easy access to supermarkets, bars , shops, center,…You can easily do everything by bike :)
Full of bars and restaurants. Direkt im Kiez!
You can use all my equipment, just respect it :)
I speak also French, German and English.
Be quiet in the flat :) There are enough bars in Neukölln :)
