da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin bald wegzieht, suche ich DRINGEND eine neue ab dem 5. Februar.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er-WG. Das Zimmer ist echt schön, ca. 15qm, mit einem kleinen Balkon und Bett. Das Bett müsstest du von der jetzigen Mitbewohnerin abkaufen, sollte aber nicht viel kosten. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, sowie im Badezimmer.
Moabit, gleich an der U9-Station Birkenstr. S-Bahn Ring Westhafen ca. 10 Min und U9-Turmstraße ca. 7 Min. Viele Spätis, Cafes, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Ich komme ursprünglich aus Polen und arbeite vollzeit in einem kleinen Unternehmen im Bereich mobile Werbung. Am Wochenende mache ich einfach worauf ich Lust habe, ich bin für vieles offen. Ich würde mich auf etwas gemeinsames ab und zu freuen, ist aber kein muss. Hauptsache fühlt sich jeder hier wohl und ist zu nichts gezwungen, außer natürlich die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Ich bin 29 und wäre super wenn du zwischen 25 und 35 bist.
Ich habe keine großen Anforderungen. Es ist mir wichtig, dass du freundlich und unkompliziert bist XD. Ich freue mich auf DICH!
