Hi, my flatmate moved so I'm subletting her room in a cool flatshare for a month.
There's a dog and a cat in the flat, so only pet lovers please!
The flat has everything but the room you'll rent is empty. We can try to organize some stuff for you (blow up mattress, table, etc) for you for this time, but it would be ideal if you are between flats and have some furniture (we're on the ground floor so it won't be a hard move).
The location is awesome, 4 minute walk from Hermannplatz and right between Sonnenallee and Weserstr.
Netto and BioCompany are around the corner, as well as some really really nice Cafes and the Kanal.
I also speak fluent German and Hebrew :)
Please no messages if you're not a fan of animals, they are super nice to live with, but you have to like pets.
