Hi there,
We have a nice, spacious room available in our 3-person WG in Moabit, available from August 15th.
The room is fully furnished (bed, des, wardrobe, shelves, wardrobe) and is about 17m2. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen (oven, sink, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kitchen supplies) and a bathroom with a small bathtub.
The flat is located on Beusselstr., close to S-bahn Beusselstr. (ring) and TXL bus (which takes you in 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof or to Tegel airport) and a bit further from U-bahn stations Birkenstr. and Turmstr (U9).
You would live with Anika, a 25 y.o. girl from Luxembourg and myself - Marta, 26 y.o. designer from Poland. We both like to socialize but also keep some personal space so if you’d like to hang out in the kitchen or grab a drink from time to time, it could be perfect for you.
I have a lovely 2 y.o. kitty called Chicago and I regularly foster more kitties (currently Pizza and Paparazzo, 2 months old) so you really need to like kitties to feel comfortable here.
***We are looking for a non-smoker and a cat person.***
The rent is 450 EUR per month + 15 EUR for internet and house supplies (toilet paper and cleaning products) + 800 EUR refundable deposit. Anmeldung is possible.
Viewings possible during the weekdays after 18 h and on weekends in the afternoons and evenings.
