Huhu ihr schönen Menschen,

da ich (Momo) aus diversen Gründen meine Lebenssituation überdenke, wird mein WG-Zimmer in der chaotisch-romantischen Künstler-WG mitten in Friedrichshain frei. Aktuell ist es möbliert (Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange, Spiegel, Planzen). Du könntest von Oktober bis Dezember auf Probe möbliert einziehen, wenn dann alles tutti läuft, kannst du das Zimmer übernehmen und dein Zimmer so einrichten, wies dir passt. Es wird auch eine Kaution fällig werden, genaueres dazu dann im persönlichen Gespräch.

Zu der WG:

120 qm, zwei französische Balkone, großzügiges Bad mit Wanne, Gäste-WC, große Küche, großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Sofa <3

Wir sind nie nur 3 Leute. Es kommt häufig vor, dass Freunde übernachten oder ne Weile bei uns unterkriechen. Wir rauchen in der Küche, machen Musik und bunte Bilder im Wohnzimmer, kochen zusammen und treffen uns verpennt gegen Mittag zu Kaffee und Frühstück in der Küche. Wir lassen die Klotür beim Pinkeln auf und haben auch kein Problem mit Nacktheit in der Wohnung. Aber keine Sorge, es gibt Türen, die man auch abschließen kann, wenn einem emotional danach ist. Wir sind Freunde und möchten den freundschaftlich emotionalen Umgang miteinander in der WG beibehalten :)

Quicklebending und energiegeladen, hat immer was zu erzählen und macht ein bemerkenswertes Gesicht beim Rauchen und Klavier spielen.

Ist leidenschaftlich und verzaubert mich mit ihren Emotionen und Gedanken jedes Mal. Aktuell macht sie einen Master in England, weshalb Sie nur selten da sein wird, Ihr Zimmer evtl. auch untervermietet wird. Checkt dazu einfach mal mein Profil nach weiteren Anzeigen.

Huhu you beautiful people,

since I (Momo) am reconsidering my life situation for various reasons, my room in the chaotic-romantic artist's flat in the middle of Friedrichshain becomes free. It is currently furnished (mattress, desk, clothes rail, mirror, plants). You could move in furnished from October to December on a trial basis. When everything is up and running, you can take over the room and furnish it as it suits you. A deposit will also be required, more details will be discussed in a personal meeting.

About the WG:

We are never just 3 people. It often happens that friends stay overnight or crawl into our house for a while. We smoke in the kitchen, make music and colorful pictures in the living room, cook together and meet up at noon for coffee and breakfast in the kitchen or for a sit in and haircut in the bathroom. We leave the toilet door open when we pee and have no problem with nudity in the apartment. But don't worry, there are doors that you can lock if you feel like it emotionally. We are friends and we want to keep the friendly emotional contact with each other in the flat share :)
