English: Hi, i'm offering a fully furnished room in my flat in Friedrichshain. It's for 2-3 months and the rent is 315 Euros a month. There is a wardrobe in the room , that i have to use from time to time. You should be nice and halfway reflected. Whomever tells me he NEVER has problems with others either is bullshitting me or him- or herself. I have a dog, which you should at least like. The flat is nice but old. You shouldn't have a problem with some scratches on the floor or a little crack in the wallpaper. Also we keep a cleaning schedule.
I get a lot of requests. But 90 percent of the requests i erase because the requestees (what's the word?) haven't read my offer and don't realize that the room is only for 2-3 months and that i have a dog. So, please write in you first sentence that you have read the ad.
Hope you don't feel disrespected if i don't answer. I'll answer if it's a match. It's just so much easyer this way. Happy to hear from you.
Deutsch: Hi. Ich biete für 2-3 Monate ein möbliertes Zimmer mitten in Friedrichshain für 315 Euro. Es steht allerdings ein Kleiderschrank von mir im Zimmer, an den ich ab und zu muss. Du solltest nett sein und halbwegs reflektiert. wer mir erzählt, er komme IMMER super klar mit ALLEN Menschen, verarscht entweder sich oder mich. Ich habe außerdem einen Hund, was dich zumindest ein bisschen freuen sollte. Sonst passt es nicht. Die Wohnung ist super aber alt. Wenn Du ein Problem mit Kratzern auf dem Fußboden oder nem kleinen Riss in der Tapete hast, passt es nicht.
Ich bekomme immer viele Anfragen . Allerdings lösche ich 90 Prozent dieser Anfragen, weil die Anfragenden meinen Text nicht durchgelesen haben und nicht realisieren, dass es auf Zeit ist und dass ich einen Hund habe. Darum schreib bitte als ersten Satz, dass Du den Text gelesen hast.
Fühl dich nicht disrespektiert, wenn ich nicht antworte. Ich antworte innerhalb von einem Tag, wenn es passt. Allen zu antworten wäre krass viel Arbeit und bringt Dir auch nichts. Freu mich auf Deine Nachricht.
