Your room is very well located in the heart of Berlin.
It is fully furnished and has a window from which you can see the Fernsehturm. In the summertime there is no better place to stay. Period ;-) Boats are crossing the Spree, you are sitting on balcony having BBQ and the sun is shining into our Altbau apartment.
Of course our apartment is equipped with all necessary things like Wifi, Netflix etc. We do have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks.
We also have a little Golden Retriever (6 months) that brings a lot of fun into our lives.

We are very well located in the heart of Berlin. As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is right at the Spree and you will walk only 2 minutes to the next bus stop. It is also appr. 5-7 minutes to the next S-Bahn/ U-Bahn.
An EDEKA is only 200m away and we are well surrounded by restaurants in the Nikolaiviertel.
In the summer time there are a lot of boats crossing the Spree, making it a very lively apartment.
Our two balconies are facing the Spree, so there is a lot room to relax in the sun.
We are a very easy WG and both working quite a lot (engineer in a startup and co-founder of a startup).
So we are enjoying a quite evening in our rooms as well as having a BBQ party with many people on our balcony.
You need to know that I do own a small Golden Retriever (6 months). He is bringing a lot of joy into our apartment.
