The room is part of a modern apartment that we moved into for the first time a month and a half ago. In addition to a private balcony, the apartment also has a roof terrace. In addition, the apartment has a large kitchen / common area where we get together in the evening. The room is unfurnished, except for a mattress.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer modernen Wohnung, die wir vor anderthalb Monaten zum ersten Mal bezogen haben. Neben einem privaten Balkon hat die Wohnung auch eine Dachterrasse. Außerdem hat die Wohnung eine große Küche/Gemeinschaftsbereich, in der wir abends gemeinsam zusammenkommen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, bis auf eine Matratze.
The location is very nice in the liveliest part of Neukölln and lies between Karl-Marx-Straße and Sonnenallee. There is a bus stop on the doorstep and a subway station that is 2 minutes away. There is also a shopping center in the Neukölln-Arcaden. A Lidl is right outside the front door and a Rewe is 2 minutes away, and there are many small supermarkets on Sonnenallee. There are no limits to the options for eating out.
Die Lage ist sehr schön im belebtesten Teil von Neukölln und liegt zwischen Karl-Marx-Straße und Sonnenallee. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und eine U-Bahn Station, die 2 min weg ist. Dort gibt es auch ein Einkaufszentrum in den Neukölln-Arcaden. Direkt vor der Haustür einen Lidl und 2 min entfernt einen Rewe, außerdem gibt es an der Sonnenallee viele kleine Supermärkte. Den Möglichkeiten in Sachen auswärts essen sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt.
You would live with 5 roommates from France, England, Norway and Germany between the ages of 24 and 28 years. We are either studying, training or working. Currently, the majority is in the home office, so we meet every now and then during the day. Mainly, however, we come together almost every evening around our kitchen table to eat together or to end the day with wine and beer. We also do a lot together on weekends, so we're a very communal flat share, which is very practical these days. In addition, on the other side of the stairwell we have a flat share with friends, our second household, so to speak, with whom we often spend longer evenings.
We would be happy about an open person who not only sees this as a place to sleep, but at the same time it is of course ok if you want to be more to yourself.
Du würdest zusammen wohnen mit 5 Mitbewohnern aus Frankreich, England, norwegen und Deutschland zwischen den Alter von 24 bis 28 Jahren. Wir sind entweder in Studium, Ausbildung oder im Arbeitsleben. Aktuell ist die Mehrheit im Homeoffice, daher trifft man sich auch Mal über den Tag hinweg. Hauptsächlich kommen wir allerdings fast jeden Abend um unseren Küchentisch zusammen um zusammen zu essen oder bei Wein und Bier den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch am Wochenende machen wir vieles zusammen, insofern sind wir eine sehr gemeinschaftliche WG, was in der aktuellen Zeit sehr praktisch ist. Außerdem haben wir auf der anderen Seite des Treppenhauses eine befreundete WG, unseren zweiten Haushalt sozusagen, mit der wir häufig längere Abende machen.
Wir würden uns über eine offene Person freuen, die dies nicht nur als eine Schlafmöglichkeit betrachtet, gleichzeitig ist es natürlich auch ok, wenn man mehr für sich sein möchte.

Wir würden uns anhand eurer Anschreiben ein paar Leute raus suchen und dann einen zoom call machen bei dem wir euch die Wohnung dann auch besser zeigen können.
Leider ist das Zimmer aufgrund von Neubezug nicht vom Mietendeckel betroffen.
