Great location on a beautiful street.
The room is facing south and gets a lot of sunlight most of the day.
Most of the furniture in the pictures stay, so you don't have to worry about a mattress or desk, etc.
The bathroom is very spacious and so is the kitchen. All fully equipped. There's also a large dining room.
Unfortunately, there is construction work on the roof of the building now, so there are scaffoldings right outside of the balcony. When they leave, you'll get to enjoy lots of direct sunlight. The whole size of the room is about 30m2 if you consider the balcony space.
I'm leaving my room this sunday, and I'd like to have someone move in as soon as possible. The offer is initially for the rest of March but it's very probable that an undefined extension will happen (I'm still waiting for an answer from the landlord about this). The price of the rental will be of 560 minus the days that have already passed (so 7 days if you move in on monday). We can discuss how we proceed with the contract, anmeldung and all of that.
There's 3 other people sharing the flat with no problems so far. We also have a cleaning lady coming in every 2 weeks (included in the rent) so cleanliness is usually not a problem.
less than 10min walk from S Bahn Prenzlauer Allee.
2 minutes away from M2 tram that reaches Alexanderplatz in no time.
Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around.
