-hier ist ein park direkt vor der tür
-zur s nordbahnhof sind es nur 3 minuten
-gibt öfter essen, das containert wurde
-Es ist ein evangelisches studentenheim, aber hier kannst du alle konfissionen haben oder gar keine :P
-besonders geeignet für medizinstudenten, weil direkt am charite campus.
-es gibt eine aussicht auf übernahme und dauerhaftes wohnen
-zimmer ist möbliert: hat ein bett, einen schrank, tisch und stuhl
