Hello lovely Berliner*in!
It is time of that season: Subletting rooms!!! We are looking for a sublet for June/July/August for out lovely 3er-WG in Tempelhof
Let's start w/ basics: the rent is €404 warm and in addition to this lovely room, you will also enjoy our huge living room (the 3rd photo).
The room has everything you need: mattress (on the Hochbett), 2 small couches, a desk & a chair, library and a wardrobe (wardrobe is still in the living room for now, but we will move it to the room asap).
The flat is amazingly connected to public transportation - U6 Alt-Tempelhof is literally less than 1 min away. and S+U Tempelhof is 7 min away. Also Tempelhofer Feld is just 7 min away from us where the flat has 2 more parks around. Here, you can find everything: Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi, Galeria Tempelhof, Edeka, and tons of restaurants.
The kitchen is quite spacious and communal - we share most of the stuff (unless you put a note on as "Don't eat me" 🙂 The flat is naturally not a Zweck-WG, meaning we are all friends who enjoy each others company and we do not want a stranger who only closes the door and does not interact with the rest.
