In our flatshare there will be the cutest of our rooms free from 5th of July until End of September (for Zwischenmiete).
Maybe there will be the option to prolong it, but thats not clear yet.
The room is around 20 qm and it has this special wooden which offers you a lot of extra space. It gives you two floors - one is perfect for study/work and one is a "bedroom".
We rent the room furnished.
Im Zeitraum zwischen 5.7. und 30.9. wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Vielleicht also auch für Paare oder Freud*innen interessant.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß und zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Das Hochbett teilt den Raum praktisch in drei Bereiche ein (Wohnzimmer, Arbeitsbereich und Bett). Im Sommer ist es angenehm kühl. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im Nordkiez von Friedrichshain. Hier gibt es alles was in man in der Stadt braucht (Supermärkte, Bars, Parks, Cafes, Restaurants usw.) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der noch belebtere Südkiez und um die Simon-Dach-Str. ist fußläufig ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Zum Frankfurter Tor läuft man 5 Minuten.
The flat is loacated inside central ring of berlin in the neighborhood called Friedrichshain. Parsk, shops, Bars, Cafes and some clubs are in walkable distance. Until U-Bahn station Frankfurter Tor you walk 5 minutes.
Der WG steht ein Generationenwechsel bevor, da gleich zwei Mitbewohner*innen ausziehen, um als Paar eigenständig weiterzuleben.
Als verbliebener Mitbewohner freut sich Sascha (31) auf neue Mitbewohner*innen. Sascha arbeitet als Frontend Developer und hat Politikwissenschaften studiert.
In the threee months of Zwischenmiete two out of three rooms will be rented to new people.
So the only flatmate who stays is Sascha (31). He works as a Front-end Developer and is pretty busy and therefore not often at home.
