Liebe Suchende in Berlin,
wir würden euch gerne unser freies Zimmer ab 01.09.2021 anbieten. Wir sind eine entspannte 4er WG (zwei Männer und zwei Frauen).
Mein Name ist André, 28 und Jurist. Dann haben wir noch den Felix, 23 und Master-Student (Psychologie) und die Johanna, 23 und Designerin.
Wir würden uns aufgrund unserer 50/50 Aufteilung von Mann und Frau uns auf eine weitere entspannte Mitbewohnerin freuen.
Ich glaube anstatt einen langen Text zu schreiben lernen wir uns bei einem Tee oder Kaffee kennen während eines Besichtigungstermin? Ansonsten falls es vorab doch noch Fragen gibt dann gerne schreiben :)
PS die Möbel kommen natürlich raus. Also das Zimmer wird unmöbliert und unbefristet vermietet.

Die WG liegt in der Nähe vom S Bahnhof Humboldthain und innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten kann folgende Supermärkte erreichen Penny, Lidl und Rewe :)
