We have a built-in kitchen including a stove, sink, baking oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine is also there.
I'm currently looking for a flat for myself, so first you would need to move in the smaller room with 13m2. But for the hopefully near future you could take over the flat and there is the option to take my bigger room with 17m2 then and looking for another roomie for the other room. For that reason it is very important that you have all required papers for the landlord and want to become the main tenant : Mietschuldenfreiheit, last three payslips, Schufaauskunft and perfectly if you have a Bürgschaft. Please state when answering, if that is ok for you and you have those :)
The first rent for the smaller room is 447€, the other room which you could take in the future would be 490 max but I need to recheck that again.
The room will be without furniture.

Located in idyllic Prenzlauer Berg, you find organic shops, small cafés and delis at every corner. The next public transport stop is S-Bahnhof Prenzlauer-Alee which is exactly 435m from our flat.
