Die Wohnung liegt in in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in 5min Fußweg Entfernung zum U-Bhf Walther Schreiber Platz (von dort 12min mit der U9 zur TU-Berlin). Die Adresse ist Bornstraße 11 und liegt auf der Grenze von Steglitz zu Friedenau. Im Haus herrscht eine sehr freundliche Gemeinschaft, alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Altbauwohnung ist im 3.Stock, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Gasherd), ein Bad mit Badewanne und zwei Zimmer. Mein Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und hat einem Balkon zur Straße hin. Die Wohnung teilte ich mit einem deutschen Schauspielstudenten. Es gibt Zugang zu einem Fahrradraum, dem Hof und einem Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine (80ct pro Wäsche) im obersten Stockwerk des Hinterhauses.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer komplett möbliert mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Regal und Schränken, inklusive Bettwäsche, Decke, Kissen und Handtüchern alle weitern Nebenkosten und Internet sind auch schon mit einberechnet. Ich suche einen Untermieter von Ende August oder Anfang September 2021 bis Ende Januar 2022 für 420EUR/Monat.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr gutes und schnelles WLAN (Internet) und sehr gute Verbindungen zur Ringbahn/Sbahn/Ubahn/Buse.
die Schloßstraße liegt in 5 minuten Fußweg entfern mit viele Einkaufszentrums, alles was du brauchst, findest du in 5 minuten Fußweg.

ENGLISH VERSION
The flat is 5 minute walk from the underground station Walther Schreiber Platz (from there 12 minutes with the U9 to the TU) in a quiet side street. The address is Bornstraße 11 and is on the border of Steglitz and Friedenau. There is a very friendly community in the house, everyone is very helpful. The flat is on the 3rd floor, has a fully equipped kitchen (with gas cooker), a bathroom with bathtub and two rooms. My room is 20m2 and has a balcony facing the street. I shared the flat with a German drama student. There is access to a bicycle room, the courtyard, and a laundry room with a washing machine (80ct per wash) on the top floor of the back building.
I rent the room fully furnished with a double bed, desk, shelves, and wardrobes, including bed linen, blanket, pillow, and towels, all other utilities and internet are also included. I am looking for a subtenant from the beginning of September or the end of August until the end of January for 420EUR/month.
The flat has a very good and fast WLAN (internet) and very good connections to the Ringbahn/Sbahn/subway/busses.
The Schloßstraße is 5 minutes walk away with many shopping centers, everything you need is within 5 minutes walking distance.
