Beautiful and spacious 1 room in a shared flat in the heart of Berlin
Hey everyone, one room would be available from 15.12.2021 (+- 1 or 2 days flexible) For an unlimited contract.
The registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
Your room is the smallest room of three rooms. (Zimmer2 in the floor map photo)
It is 14m2 space.
There are some furniture will stay and We are looking for someone who takes these as well (übernahme).

The flat is located between Stadtmitte and Spittelmarkt and has a very good train connection with U2 and U6 (U Stadtmitte) in 5-7min by walk and the 200 bus is right next to the flat.
Right downstairs you’ll also find a great supermarket (Lidl), pharmacy and Drogeriemarkt.
You will be sharing the flat with two sweet souls.
Jin, an artist and Elena, a designer.
We are very tidy, and calm and chill ppl.
In the flat there are two toilets, two showers: in one of them there is also a bathtub.
We are really open mind and flexible but here is some points for you.
+ No Drugs at home ( incl.weed cus there are many old ppl in this building and they might call the police XD )
+ No crazy berlin style party at home ( of course dinner / drinking with few friends is always welcome )
+ Let's keep the flat clean!
+ About gender, sexual, nationality, any kind of phobia human is not allow to be here, seriously.
We are looking for someone clean, quiet, open-minded and trust worthy.
