Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß und möbliert. Die Wohnung und damit auch das Zimmer hat abgezogene Dielen, Stuckdecken und schöne, große, alte Fenster.
Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche inklusive Marken-Spülmaschine, Liebherr-Kühlschrank usw. ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht, vor allem aber den Blick in den schönen, großen, grünen Innenhof. Dort findet sich auch ein kleiner Spielplatz, eine Liegewiese und eine Tischtennisplatte.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Handtuchtrockner, Badewanne und Siemens-Spülmaschine ausgestattet.
Your room is about 20m² in size and is furnished. The apartment and therefore also the room has stripped floorboards, stucco ceilings and beautiful, large, old windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen including a dishwasher, Liebherr refrigerator, etc. and has everything you need, but above all the view of the beautiful, large, green inner courtyard. There is also a small playground, a lawn and a table tennis table.
The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer, bathtub and Siemens dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Sonnenallee, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Sicherlich gibt es ruhigere Straßen, dafür ist man aber mitten im Leben. Restaurants und Imbisse aller Art befinden sich quasi direkt vor der Türe. Die Weserstraße mit all ihren tollen Bars und Kneipen ist hinter dem Haus. Der Kanal mit Brücke und schöner Aussicht ist nur wenige Straßen entfernt.
Ebenso nah ist die Karl-Marx-Straße mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem U-Bahnhof.
Die Ringbahn ist ebenso leicht zu erreichen wie Rixdorf und Treptow.
The apartment is located directly on Sonnenallee, with all the advantages and disadvantages. There are certainly quieter streets, but you are in the middle of life. Restaurants and snack bars of all kinds are almost directly in front of the door. The Weserstraße with all its great bars and pubs is behind the house. The canal with a bridge and a beautiful view is just a few streets away.
Just as close is the Karl-Marx-Straße with various shops and the subway station.
The Ringbahn is just as easy to reach as Rixdorf and Treptow.
Wir sind eine queere WG mit derzeit drei schwulen Männern. Einer zieht nun aus. Wir gehen alle arbeiten, haben aber auch mal schöne Abende in der Küche und gehen zusammen aus, aber natürlich nicht mehr so exzessiv.
Da wir pendeln und arbeiten ist ein ruhiges und selbstverantwortliches Zusammenleben gewünscht.
Geregelte Finanzen und ein regelmäßiges Einkommen oder aber eine Bürgschaft der Eltern sind uns sehr wichtig. Jobcenter geht leider, so scheiße es auch ist, nicht.
Wir sind kreativ und lebensfroh, stehen aber auch mit beiden Beinen im Leben :)
We are a queer flat share with currently three gay men. One is now moving out. We all go to work, but we also have nice evenings in the kitchen and go out together, but of course not so excessively.
Since we commute and work, a quiet and self-responsible coexistence is desired.
Regulated finances and a regular income or a guarantee from the parents are very important to us. Unfortunately, no job center works, no matter how shitty it is.
We are creative and full of life, but we also have both feet on the ground :)
