Hi so we are looking for new flat mate in 4er WG in Samariter Kiez in Fhain.
The room is 15m2, furnished, looking on a quiet street. The apartment is a beautiful Alt Bau, and you would be living with 3 relaxed and nice flatmates. There is a shared living room and kitchen and one bathroom and toilet. The balcony is looking on the street as well.
The bedroom has a bed, closet, and shelves, and a loot of sun, seeing how we are on the 4th floor.
We are looking for a woman over 30 preferably, it is not a party WG but we are musicians so Jam sessions are possible. Everyone smokes, but on the balcony.
Btw everyone is German and speaks good English, only I am a bit challenged in that regard so I write in English.
It would be befristet in the beginning, but with the possibility to prolong if the vibe is good.
