Ich verreise, weshalb ich mein 16 m2 Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln (Körnerkiez) vom 30.3 bis 24.5. untervermieten möchte.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem ausklappbaren Sofa (180cm x 120 cm), Schreibtisch und Balkon mit Abendsonne ausgestattet.
Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, WLAN, schöne Holzdielen, ein bisschen Stuck - typisch Berliner Altbau.

I am subletting my 16m² room in a 3-rooms-shared-flat from 30th of march until 24th of may in the heart of Neukölln.
The room is 16 m², a couch which can be used as a bed (180cm x 120 cm), a desk and a balcony with setting sun.
In the flat you’ll find everything you need - the flat is fully furnished, has WLAN, nice blanks and some stucco, which is typically beautiful for an Berliner old-building like this.
Von hier aus sind es 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur U8 (Leinestraße) und 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn, darunter auch die Ringbahn 41/42 (Hermannstraße). Das wohl allertollste hier in der Gegend ist das Temepelhofer Feld, ein alter Flughafenplatz. Fahrradfahren, weit gucken könne, Sonnenuntergänge, Urban gardening, 1-10 Bier trinken…alles möglich. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr international und lebendig, haufenweise Restaurants und Bars (z.B. Klunkerkranich) sowie Parks wie den Körnerpark oder die Hasenheide inklusive. Kreuzberg ist dann auch nicht mehr weit.

We are very close to the station Hermannstraße (city train, e.g. Ringbahn 41/42) and Leinstraße (subway U8). As well as we are next to the wonderful Tempelhofer Feld where you can enjoy the wide view and nice sun sets every evening, ride your bike or just have a beer or two. The neighborhood is very international and vivid, there is a range of different restaurants and bars (Klunkerkranich) and parks like Körnerpark or Hasenheide. Famous Kreuzberg is the next district.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Geraldine und kommt ursprünglich aus Wiesbaden. Sie arbeitet als Chirurgin in einem Krankenhaus, erfindet immer wieder neue Anlässe, um sauleckere Nussecken zu backen, liebt es in Asien zu reisen, spricht fließend Französisch und ist krass sozial (was vermutlich auf ihre 5 Geschwister zurückzuführen ist).

Geraldine lives with you, she works as a surgeon in a hospital, likes to bake nut wedges, loves to travel in Asia, speaks french fluently and is the most social person I know (5 siblings…).
