Das Zimmer ist ein großes Zimmer von 20 Quadratmetern, das unmöbliert vermietet wird. Notfalls kann jedoch ein Bett organisiert werden.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sonnig und hat Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon am Kudamm. Außerdem hat das Zimmer direkten Zugang zu einem Badezimmer (es gibt zwei Badezimmer in dieser WG), welches du dir mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilen wirst.
Um in die Küche zu gelangen, muss man durch ein Durchgangzimmer gehen. Da das WG seit vier Jahren existiert, funktioniert dieses System sehr gut. Die WG hat außerdem zwei Eingangstüren, so dass der Zugang zur Küche von außen erfolgen kann.
The room is a large room of 20 square metres, which is rented unfurnished. However, a bed can be organised if necessary.
The room is very sunny and has access to its own balcony on the Kudamm. The room also has direct access to a bathroom (there are two bathrooms in this flat share), which you will share with a flatmate.
To get to the kitchen, you have to go through a passage room. Since this flat-sharing community has existed for four years, this system works very well. The flat-share also has two entrance doors, so the kitchen can be accessed from the outside because the room has its own entrance door.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man bestens angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Direkt vor der Tür fahren der M19er, M29er, 143er und X10er ab. Außerdem befindet sich die Ringbahn an der Station S Halensee und ist innerhalb von zwei Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ebenfalls einige Supermärkte sowie Drogerien im nächsten Umkreis und ein neuer Edeka direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Der Wohnungseingang liegt zwischen einem Späti und einem Friseur.
From the flat, you have excellent connections to the public transport system. The M19, M29, 143, and X10 leave directly in front of the door. In addition, the Ringbahn is located at the S Halensee station and can be reached within a two-minute walk. There are also several supermarkets as well as drugstores in the immediate area and a new Edeka directly opposite the flat. The entrance to the flat is between a Späti and a hairdresser.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind super liebe Studentinnen, die offen und kommunikativ sind. Wir sind alle eng miteinander befreundet und unternehmen gerne gemeinsam etwas. Uns ist Sauberkeit wichtig in der Wohnung, aber wir sind auch keine Putzfanatikerinnen und teilen uns alle Aufgaben im Haushalt gerecht. Das WG-Leben ist somit sehr entspannt, da niemand von uns gerne Stress mag. Außerdem sind alle viel unterwegs, so dass man in der WG meist seine Ruhe hat und nicht ständig von Leuten umgeben ist. Leider sind unsere Nachbarn etwas kompliziert, weshalb es ab 22 Uhr immer ruhiger sein sollte in der Wohnung, sprich keine super laute Musik.
My flatmates are super lovely students who are open and communicative. We are all close friends and enjoy doing things together. Cleanliness is important to us in the flat, but we are also not cleaning fanatics and share all the household chores fairly. Life in the flat-sharing community is therefore very relaxed, as none of us likes stress. Besides, everyone is on the road a lot, so you usually have your peace and quiet in the shared flat and are not constantly surrounded by people. Unfortunately, our neighbors are a bit complicated, which is why it should always be quieter in the flat after 10 pm, i.e. no super loud music.
Die Bruttomiete beträgt monatlich 500 Euro. Je nach der Situation kann es möglicherweise noch zu einer Verlängerung der Mietzeit kommen.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 1125 Euro (3 Nettomiete) verlangt. Aus praktischen Gründen wird ein Online-Besuch bevorzugt.

The flat rent is 500 euros per month. Depending on the situation, there may still be an extension of the rental period. Registration is not possible. A deposit of 1125 euros is required. For practical reasons, an online visit is preferred.
