Nice cosy room available from 15th -25th of august.
You can also rent it for less days. Minimum is 3 days. Of course I prefer someone reting it for the whole time.
Maybe you could stay a few days longer if you want.
About the location:
Rochowstr, 10245 Berlin. You are in 2min at the Spreeufer, to the Sbahn/Warschauer Str., Ostkreuz and Lidl are a little 10min walk. Netto is 5min by foot. In 15min you are walking in the middle of Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg and can test the many restaurants or bars there.
Your room:
The room is equipped with a bed 140x200cm, spring mattress, an Ikea dresser, a small desk and a large whiteboard in case you want to brainstorm some ideas. Bedding and towels you get from me.
About the apartment:
The kitchen is big, we have enough storage space for everyone and even in the fridge. There is also a dining table right by the window with enough space where the sun shines in from the afternoon. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The bathroom has a bathtub and a rain shower.
You share the kitchen and the bathroom with my two flatmates. Jhonny 33 years old is a prospective industrial engineer and Jasmin 24 years old is currently working on a film project. Sports is our favorite pastime, so you would have the apartment mostly to yourself. If you need tips and advice on where and what to find in Berlin, the two of them will be happy to help you.
It is enough for me if you write me why you want to rent the room, if you want to live here alone or as a couple and if you plan to stay longer.
