I am looking for a lovely interim tenant for my shared room for the period 01.10.2022 - appr. 15.02.2023. You have to offer an room in central Tel Aviv for exchange!! :)

The room is 25sqm and fully furnished (desk, 1,40m bed, closet, sofa, armchairs, dressers, plants).
The old building apartment is located in the back house, which makes it totally quiet. In addition to a daylight bathroom with rain shower, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, French press, smoothie & yogurt maker and a lot of spices.
In addition, one of the rooms has a small balcony, which you can also use (possibly after consultation) and on which you can sit in the afternoon great in the sun. :) Behind the house is also a garden, where you can also chill out.
The location of the apartment is very good. The Ku'Damm is just around the corner, as well as various supermarkets, a post office, drugstores, etc..
The apartment is really top connected, which is worth its weight in gold in Berlin. The Ringbahn (stop Halensee) is within 8 minutes walking distance, just like the U7. The S-Bahn 3,5,7,9and Regios direction Potsdam/Stadtmitte are about 17 minutes away on foot (Charlottenburg stop). There are also many buses leaving from Ku'Damm.
