Hi everyone!
I am leaving my room in a two person flat share in Neukölln. It's 17m2 in an apartment of about 85, located on the 1st floor, 2mn from U Rathaus Neukölln and 8mn from U Boddinstrasse. REWE, Lidl and the Neukölln Arcaden are right next door.
The area is great, there are some of the best bars in Berlin within 10mn, and lots of cool restaurants. And it's really well connected, you can get everywhere in Berlin in less than 30 minutes.
As for the roommate, you will live with Lydia, 34 years old, a very nice French woman and a big fan of Brazil. She works a lot so she's not there during the day and comes home quite late. I spent almost a year in this flatshare and it was a chill, respectful atmosphere.
Price wise, it's 550€/month all included, to rent from December 11th, long term. It's all furnished but with the possibility to change the furniture and redecorate to your taste.

PS: it's a sublet and there is no possibility to make an Anmeldung for the moment. But there is a contract if you need proofs (which I used at the Agentur für Arbeit for example)
