I am renting out my room for 3 weeks in a 2-person WG while I'm away in Colombia. *Anmeldung not possible*
Bedlinen and towels are available.
The room has a big bed, desk, and tv and all the basics are covered.
You would be sharing the apartment with one other person. He is from Italy and usually works a lot so isn't in the apartment quite often.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Common areas are kept clean. The building is generally pretty quiet, families and working people live here.
The price of the room is 400 EUR for a period of 3 weeks. 200 EUR caution payment required. Total is to be transferred before moving in. The caution will be returned once the stay is over and the room is handed back in good condition.

Located in the boundary between Kreuzberg and Schöneberg, in a really nice area on a residential street just in between 2 big parks (Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieck). Tempelhofer Feld is also 15 mins away by Bus. Bus stop is 3 mins away and the U6 and U7 10 mins away walking.
We are looking for someone that likes it calm at home and likes to keep things clean. Your flatmate will be at work most of the time. He is a very nice and kind person.
