WG- Zimmer 22qm zur Untermiete / 14.02.24 - 30.06.24

Hey hey, ich muss bald für 4 Monate nach Istanbul für mein Auslandssemester und vermiete meine Wohnung / mein Zimmer für die Zeit unter. Achso das Ende der Untermiete ist eventuell variabel, je nach dem wie lang ich noch Bock hab, im Sommer zu den Ferien in der Türkei zu bleiben.

Ich ergänze die Anzeige die kommenden Tage noch. Die wichtigsten Eckpunkte: Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 29 und kommt ursprünglich aus Paraguay. Sehr angenehme Persönlichkeit; viel gereist, viel gesehen. Sie (bzw. They) spricht fliesend englisch, spanisch und portugiesisch, deutsch ist also eher selten hier zu hören.

Du würdest mein Zimmer so übernehmen können, nur ohne die Matraze; da musst du dir ne eigene besorgen (find den Gedanken einfach nicht schön, jemand fremden mehrere Monate in meinem Bett schlafen zu lassen.) Der Schrank und die Garderobe (quasi hinter mir auf den Fotos) wäre leer, damit du Platz für deine Kleidung hast. Generell sind alle persönlichen Gegenstände weitestgehend aus dem Zimmer raus Du kannst gerne das Zimmer so umstellen, wie es dir gefällt-….fällt mir gerade keins ein. Nur bei irgendwas an die Wand schrauben oder so wäre es cool, wenn du mich zuerst frägst.

Ich hab im Sommer angefangen, in meinen Zimmer zu rauchen und das noch ein wenig in den Winter mitgenommen, dieses Verhalten; seit zwei wochen wird aber nur noch am Fenster geraucht, die Textilien wzrden größtenteils gereinigt. Musst du dir selber ma n Schnuperrer geben, ich als Raucher rieche keinen Rauch mehr, bin aber auch dem Geruch ggü. etwas unempfindlicher als du vielleicht.

Joa, meine Mitbewohnerin schreibt mir noch die Tage eine kleine Beschreibung von sich, damit du auch weisst, mit wem du für die Zeit wohnen wirst.

Achso ja meine Kamera ist in der Zwischenzeit kaputt gegangen, deshalb sind die (aktuellen) Fotos von meinem Zimmer so scheisse. Die anderen Fotos sind vom letzten mal Mitbewohner:in suchen.

I will complete the ad in the next few days. The most important key points: My roommate is 29 and originally from Paraguay. Very pleasant personality; traveled a lot, seen a lot. She (or They) speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese, so German is rarely heard here.

You could take over my room, but without the mattress; you'll have to get your own (I just don't like the idea of letting someone else sleep in my bed for several months). The closet and wardrobe (practically behind me in the photos) would be empty so that you have space for your clothes. In general, all personal belongings are largely out of the room. You are welcome to rearrange the room however you like-.... can't think of one right now. It would just be cool if you ask me first if you want to screw something to the wall or something.

I started smoking in my room in the summer and took this behavior a little into the winter, but for the last two weeks I've only been smoking by the window and the textiles have mostly been cleaned. You have to give yourself a sniff, as a smoker I no longer smell smoke, but I'm also a bit less sensitive to the smell than you perhaps are.

Well, my flatmate will write me a little description of herself (themselves) in the next few days so that you know who you'll be living with for the time being.

Oh yes, my camera has broken in the meantime, that's why the (current) photos of my room are so shitty. The other photos are from the last time I was looking for a roommate.
