Ich vermiete ein superschönes WG Zimmer für eine Person!!! Bis zum 21.10.
Das Zimmer ist aktuell voll möbliert mit Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Regalen und natürlich darf alles genutzt werden, damit du dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst! Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß (renovierter Altbau, Dielenboden, Hohe Decken). Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, die Lage ist SEHR ruhig, obwohl es Neukölln ist.

The apartment is located in Britz - Neukölln, by the Teltow Canal, where you can go jogging, cycling or walking in a beautifull path. Approx. 3min on Foot there is a bus stop and two supermarkets. Everything else is available for shopping in Britzerdamm, up to 8 minutes' walk away.
The location is super quiet, but in 15 minutes on foot you are at the S + U- Bahnhof Hermannstr. with connection to the U8, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47, several bus connections, as well as other shops.
Tempelhofer Feld is around the corner by bike. The bus takes you to the train Station Sudkreuz in 18 minutes, with several regional and international connections, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47 and bus connections.

Die Kaution soll beachtet werden. Monatlich kostet die Gesamtmiete 530 Euro (mit Strom, Internet, GEZ und Haushaltversicherung). Die Vereinbarung werden wir auf einem kleinen Vertrag unterschreiben. You would share the kitchen and bathroom with 2 girls (22-27) who study and work in Berlin and are super nice.
We have everything you need such as WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, renovated bathroom with tub ... Contact us and come see the apartment, we would like to know you :)
The deposit should be observed. The total monthly rent costs 530 euros (with electricity, internet, GEZ and household insurance). We will sign the agreement in a small contract. Please write to us strictly on your message if thats ok for you, even if you find thats obvious.
Die Wohnung liegt in Britz - Neukölln, vor dem Teltowkanal, an welchem du gut joggen, Radeln oder spazieren gehen kannst. Ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und zwei Supermärkte, Rewe und Lidl. Bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß findest du Edeka, Rossmann, Bäckerei... In der Britzerdamm alles möglich für Einkaufmöglichkeiten.
Die Lage ist super ruhig, aber in 15min zu Fuß bist du am S+U- Bahnhof Hermannstr. mit Anbindung zur U8 , Ringbahn, S45, S46, S47 , mehreren Busverbindungen, sowie weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Tempelhofer Feld ist mitm Fahrrad um die Ecke. Mit dem Bus ist man in 18 min bei Sudkreuz.
Du würdest die Küche und Bad mit 2 Mädels (25-27) teilen, die in Berlin studieren und arbeiten und super nett sind.
