No purpose flatshare. Room is only for 1 person and can't be shared. The flat sharing experience is enjoyable when it feels like a home and are able to communicate openly and do stuff together. Ideal for a person, who is looking for a lovely home (not like a dorm or functional WGs) for long term and is open, clean, and love to act respectfully. Of course, everyone needs their peace and quiet to do their stuff and rejuvenate hence would be lovely if we respect each others space as well. But at the same time, pretty much open to discuss anything under the sun and possibility to do different activities together, grab a beer etc.

Hi, I am the flatmate (27) and I stay in the other room. I shifted to Berlin a year back and love to travel, read and cook. Have been travelling around Europe exploring the nature, culture and food trip. Non-smoker. I work in the food tech space and WFH for 2-3 days a week. I'm a quiet, sociable person who likes to spend a lot of time in the nature and catching glimpses of fur pups everywhere, I like exploring the city on the weekend and cook grooving to my playlist on the weekdays.

The landlord is super sweet and the current annual contract is till 31st Oct 2023 with an option to keep extending further indefinitely. The final call will be taken by the landlord, contract will be amended replacing the previous flatmate with the new one and anmeldung will be possible. Please DM if you are interested!
