SHORT TERM ONLY PER ONE MONTH (March)
* BUT WITH POSSIBILITY TO GET A NEW CONTRACT LONG-TERM PER ONE YEAR FROM APRIL WITH OFFICIAL REGISTRATION "ANMELDUNG" (in this case the deposit would be of €1650 approx.)
The room is equipped with bed (extends to double), wardrobe, study & chairs, a piano. There is high-speed WI-FI
Single occupancy room! no smoking, no pets, no girlfriend/boyfriend living in your room
RENT €550 (includes wifi and water)
Add costs for energy and gas €59,66 monthly
Security deposit is a month of rent (550€)
The flat is completely furnished, the kitchen is perfect for a WG - huge fridge with room for three flatmates, modern Induction stove (quick as gas but more secure), oven for pizza. Dishwasher and Washing machine.
Located directly in Neu-Westend, in front of Brixplatz Park close to restaurants and bars and with direct subway/U-bahn connection to city center EAST or WEST via U2 and bus stop 4 minutes walking
Neu-Westend is a residential area of Berlin. Close to the city and yet only steps to the Grünewald (huge city forest) or Ruhwald-Park and Spree river on the other side.
You have all kinds of shops for your daily needs - Edeka, BioCompany, Pharmacy, Rossmann, Bakery, Press, Flowers, Döner/Pizza/Restaurants etc all just steps from your door.
We need someone who can move on March 1st, you going to pay the rent: €550, electricity and gas €59,66 and deposit €550, in advance for this month. And from April 1st you have a chance to get a new long term rental contract (1 year) with Anmeldung and right to sublet your room when you need.
*I had to pay €1650 for deposit and a month in advance (€550) to get the contract in first time, new conditions will depends of the landlady. No jobcenter candidates, please.
