Das Zimmer ist vom Flur der Wohnung erreichbar und es handelt sich hierbei um kein Durchgangszimmer. Es ist ruhig in der Wohnung und man hat keinen Lärm von der Straße oder so was.
Der Mietpreis beinhaltet Strom, Wasser, Wärme, DSL, Mitbenutzung der geteilten Räumlichkeiten Küche und Bad.

The room has its own beautiful balcony, because the apartment is on the top floor you have privacy. The ceiling is typically 4m high for an old building. The room can be reached from the corridor of the apartment and is not a walk-through-room. It is quiet in the apartment and there is no noise from the street or anything like that.
The rent includes electricity, water, heat, internet DSL, shared use of the shared kitchen and bathroom.

Es ist 10 Gehminuten vom berühmten Ku'damm (Kurfürstendamm), dem Westzentrum der Stadt, entfernt. Es liegt zwischen Wilmersdorf , Charlottenburg und Schöneberg und ist einer der schönsten, kulturellsten und sichersten Bezirke Berlins. Man kann dort sehr ruhig schlafen
One beautiful bright room with 4 m ceilings in a shared flat and a private balcony. You share bathroom and kitchen with me. It is in the 4. th floor in walking distance to metro station and busses. Everything u need is in the street like a grocery store, restaurants, hair dresser, pharmacy and so on.
It is 10 walking minutes away from the famous Ku'damm (Kurfürstendamm ) the City West Centre. It is between Wilmersdorf , Charlottenburg and Schöneberg and one of the most beautiful, cultural and safest neighborhoods in Berlin. It is a quiet place to sleep.
