Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und weist ein paar Gebrauchsspuren durch vorherige Mieter über die Jahre auf, ist aber generell in gutem Zustand.
Trotz der Lage an der Innenhof-Seite des Hauses ist das Zimmer die meiste Zeit des Tages recht Hell, und hat zudem direkten Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon.
Die Befristung beruht auf der noch laufenden Kündigungsfrist der gesamten Wohnung, die dann für alle Bewohner ab dem 31.10. vollständig gekündigt ist.

The room will likely be entirely unfurnished (depending on what will be left behind by the end of the month), but overall is in decent shape.
Even though the room sits at the backside of the house, it is relatively bright and has direct access to the shared balcony.

Die Lage hier in Charlottenburg ist super und man ist in einer Minute bei der U-bahn, in 5 Minuten bei der S-Bahn, und nur 2-3 Stationen von allerlei Geschäften entfernt (Supermärkte sind auch direkt um die ecke, keine 2 Minuten Fußweg).
The surrounding area is very convenient - the U7 subway station is literally accross the street, the S-Bahnhof Jungfernheide is just 1 stop (or aprox 5 minute walk) away, and there are plenty of buses around, too! The Wilmersdorfer Straße is just 3 stops away via the U7 and has all kinds of stores to check out, while a few supermarkets like Netto, Lidl, and Rewe are just a short walk across the Mierendorffplatz away!
Es ist viel über die Jahre passiert - Leute kommen und gehen - und so kurz vor dem endgültigen Ende des Mietvertrages ist in der WG jetzt wahrscheinlich nicht mehr so viel los. Generell sind die Anwesenden entweder arbeiten, schlafen, oder am PC beschäftigt - aber ich persönlich war Gesellschaft gegenüber noch nie abgeneigt :P
A lot has happend over the past years - people come and go - and now there propably wont be much happening so close to the final cancelation of the apartment`s contract. Overall those who remain are either at work, asleep, or busy on their PC, but I won't say no to some company :P
