Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Stuhl
* Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Loftventilator, Stehtisch, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank
* Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine 7 kg schwere Waschmaschine
* Das Zimmer ist mit einem offiziellen Vertrag und Registrierung Papieren (Anmeldung) ausgestattet.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 500 €, die Warmmiete (Heizung, Wasser, Internet) 550 €. (Sie zahlen insgesamt 550 €) und die Kaution beträgt 3x Miete (1500 €).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von:

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wirklich schönen Gegend in Charlottenberg, die gut mit der TU / FU und dem Zoologischen Garten verbunden ist und nur wenige Gehminuten vom großen Wald von Grunewald entfernt ist.
Ich lebe seit fast einem Jahr hier und es ist mit Abstand das schönste Zimmer, das ich je hatte.

A tenant needed for a room in a 3 person apartment (72 sqm size) newly renovated (in april 2019).
The room is fully equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chair
* The apartment has a large modern kitchen with a Dishwasher, Inductive stove, Oven, Air Ventilator, Bar table, Fridge and Freezer
* The bathroom has a bathtub and a 7kg washing machine
* The room is offered with an official contract and registration papers (Anmeldung).
The cold rent is 500€, warm rent (indlucing heating, water, internet) is 550€. (You pay 550€ in total) and the deposit is 3x rent (1500€).
The apartment is close to:
* S-Bahn olympiastadion Berlin (S9, S3)
* U-bahn Neu-westend (U2)
* Bus 104, M45, N2
The apartment is in a really nice neighbourhood in Charlottenberg that is well-connected to TU/FU and Zoologischer Garten and within a walking distance from the big forest of Grunewald.
I have been living here for almost a year and it is by far the nicest room I have had.

Einer der Räume wird von einem 18-jährigen Studenten bewohnt und der andere von einem 23-jährigen Studenten, der nicht hier ist.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhig und respektvoll. Wir erwarten, dass Sie den anderen gegenüber gleich sind
